The full name of our company is Shenzhen BetterPower Co.,Ltd. It is a professional leading battery manufacturer which possesses the expertise of making High Capacity Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery in China. Simultaneously, BPI also involves in the development of new energy Ni-Zn Rechargeable Battery and Lithium Battery.
BPI is committed to providing highly efficient and environment-friendly energy , regarding itself as a Rechargeable Battery Expert who is always ready to offer help. Rechargeable Battery is a kind of professional electric products which need relevant knowledge and specialized guidance when they are used in industry market particularly.
With the help of more than 18-year working experience R&D engineers and experts from Customer Service Department, BPI can provide you with high performance price ratio solutions of electric power.
2.How is the developing process and history of BPI ?
1、 In August 2010, BPI was rewarded as a role model enterprise for its” Sincere dialog between employee and employer with the mechanism of one goal ,three platforms”
2、 In June 2010, BPI launched ISO 14000 environment managing system.
3、 In April 2010, BPI promoted ready to use battery AA 2300 mAh, which is the highest capacity in this field.
4、 In February 2010, BPI environment-friendly Ni-Zn Rechargeable has been formally produced, becoming the unique Ni-Zn Rechargeable Battery manufacturer in China.
5、 In January 2010, BPI was prior rewarded as “The Enterprise with Self-made and Innovative Advantages.”
6、 In October 2009, BPI General Manager Mr. David Long was rewarded as “top ten outstanding youth” in Bao’an District, Shenzhen City.
7、 In August 2009, BPI promoted Ni-MH AA 2600mAh Rechargeable Battery, which is the highest capacity in this field.

9、 In October 2008, with the establishment of “Xiamen Tungsten Alloy Powder Test Center” , BPI started to cooperate with Xiamen Tungsun.

11 In October 2006, BPI started to implement 5-year JIT projects learned from Toyota.
12、In December 2006, 44 AAA 1100mAh and AA2500 mAh Ni-MH Rechargeable Batteries were researched and developed by BPI successfully passed the test of National Light-Industry Testing Center.
13、In March 2005, BPI’ ERP system formally came into use, being one of the few Battery Companies who utilize it.
14、In May 2004, BPI established” Freudenberg separator (China) Test Center” with the cooperation of Germany Freudenberg Company.
15、On Dec.28th,2004 , BPI was recognized as “ High&New Technology Enterprise” by Shenzhen Municipal Government.

4、What’s BPI main business scope?
BPI is both a manufacturer and Supplier of Ni-MH, Ni-Zn Rechargeable Batteries as well as Lithium Batteries.
5、What types of batteries do you produce? What are your batteries used for?
Ni-Zn Rechargeable Battery: type AA /AAA . They are mainly used for digital cameras, shavers, electric toys, lightings, electric toothbrush, etc.
Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery: AA、AAA、AAAA、SC、A、C、D、9V, they are mainly used for digital cameras ,remote-controlled toys, electric toothbrush, shavers, wireless phones, wireless earphones, interphones, mining lights, emergency lights, dust collectors, sweepers, electric tools, etc.
Lithium Battery: 18650、14430、092941A、523445A、443845AR、753440A,etc. They are widely used for electric cigarette, cellphones, telecomunication products, laptops, digital cameras, etc.
6、What guarantee measures for products do you have ?
BPI was certified by ISO 9001:2008 Quality System. All of our products are certified by CE、UL、RoHS, and REACH. We have the Products Responsibility Insurance from PICC(People’s Insurance Company of China) .So all of our products are insured by PICC, which help our customers to avoid any potential risks.
7、What’s your MOQ?
The quantity of one single type battery is supposed to surpass 20,000 pcs. ( 20,000 pcs included)
8、After confirming the order, how long can we get your batteries? Do you provide door to door service?
Normally the production period will last 30 days. After finishing production, we will arrange the shipment immediately.
If your company is located in Pearl River Delta Area, the products will be delivered to your company around 1~2 working days.
If your company is located in Yangtze River Delta Area, the products will be delivered to your company around 2~3 working days.
If your company is located in Fujian Province, the products will be delivered to your company around 2~3 working days.
If your company is located in other domestic cities, the products will be delivered to your company around 2~3 working days.
If your company is located in the Suburb of the city ,county ,or rural area, the products will be delivered to your company around 7~10 working days.
If your company is located in Guangdong Province, BPI will arrange ourselves vans or trucks to deliver the products to your company, and help you to place the batteries into your warehouse if needed.
If your company is located in other cities in China, including county-level city, BPI will arrange a very credible Express Freight Company to deliver the goods to your company if needed.
9、What kind of pre-sales service and after-sales service do you offer?
Battery is a kind of products with high technology and expertise. Its application is a like a system that includes battery, charger, and electric-powered appliance. The right application of battery will directly guarantee the safety of relevant appliance.
In November 2006, BPI Customer Service Department was founded. The appointed manager of the department , supported by many senior technological and electronic engineers, with more than ten years’ managing experience of QC ,Production ,and PMC.
Our Customer Service Dep. has the obligation of providing pre-sales service and after-sales service. Pre-sales service is namely to offer a series of service which help to achieve the perfect matching of required products from customers and BPI Batteries. After-sales Service is namely satisfying particular needs of our customers.
10、What is BPI working time?
The working time of both hotlines and orders handling matters in Marketing Center and Customer Service Department is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Remarks: The non-working period is in accordance with the time notified by BPI when it comes to National Legal Festivals and Holidays. Please pay attention!

13、How can we distinguish the BPI batteries which is genuine or fake ?
There are two ways to distinguish your products.
Be sure of the purchasing channel. As long as the products are bought from sales of BPI, the quality of them is not a question.
You can contact our sales or engineers from Customer Service to make a comparison between your at hand products and our genuine products. Generally, your at hand products can be distinguished by packings, characters ,labels, colors, and other ways.
